have struggled to find many pizzas that I like, not just on the North
Shore. The sauce and yeast raised crusts are homemade, cheeses are
fresh grated, meats are cured locally and it all gets fired in a good,
hot pizza oven."

What makes
our pizzas so good?
Like all good cooks, we are fussy. We make our dough fresh every day,
kneading and raising it the old fashioned way. We slow simmer our sauce
from scratch. It is always fresh. We use real BC cheese, lots of fresh
local vegetables and artisan meats from a North Shore supplier. We
don’t scrimp on quality. Our powerful, forced air oven cooks
the
crust nice and crispy on the bottom and springy on the top. The cheese
comes out bubbly and lightly browned and the vegetables maintain their
texture. Wonderful!
Eating Right
is Important
All our pizzas are handmade with fresh ingredients and depending on the
toppings you choose, can include items from all four major food groups
– meat, dairy, vegetables and grains. Load up on veggies and
choose a thin crust if you’re counting calories and fat
grams.
