the minute you place your order until you have finished the last bite. We offer high quality pizzas and friendly,
efficient and personalized service. You
can order with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Products Guaranteed
You get what you ordered
We strive to be mistake-free. If your order is not correct or you receive
the wrong item, we will replace the item or offer you a refund. Smaller items
(dipping sauces, salads, beverages or desserts) will be issued a credit on your
next order equal to twice the value of the missing item.
Service Guaranteed
Arrives on time
We promise, subject to the terms and conditions below, that
your order will be at the counter or at your door or lobby, within the time
quoted when you place your order. If your order is not on time, it will be
free.
Terms & Conditions
- The start of the guaranteed time period is per the time
printed on the order.
- A complaint must be received by Raven Pizza within one hour
of delivery on the day the order is placed.
- A free order means the cost of the entire order (product,
taxes and delivery).
- Replacement products are not subject to a delivery fee or
taxes.
- Drivers cannot make refunds.
- Credits may be used on the next order. They may not be used as a discount on the
current order. They have no cash value
and are non-transferrable.
- Credits are valid for one month from the date they are
granted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Raven Pizza of
an existing credit.
- Any dispute as to whether a guarantee applies will be
resolved by Raven Pizza.
- Raven Pizza reserves the right to remove any guarantee for
any reason, including inclement weather, technical problems or restaurant
issues.
